I was delighted to receive an ARC of 'Words that Enchant' in exchange for an honest review, which is as follows.

Salsarah's first collection of poetry is a true reflection of her sunny personality, and her unwavering enthusiasm for the acrostic medium shine through every piece. The contents of the book are incredibly diverse - from introspective, thoughtful pieces such as 'Joyful' to others that seem to take themselves less seriously (the first to spring to mind is an ode to 'Cheese'). One of my favourite poems from the book is the sweetly relatable 'Discovery', a poem which beautifully describes the various aspects of new love.

Overall, Words that Enchant is an enthusiastic and well handled exploration of the acrostic style. It is creative and interesting, with numerous moments of real artistry that make it well worth a read.
